He has helped us in the past with the sale of two formal rental properties and is our go-to no-nonsense guy when a decision shall be made concerning our current home residence. Chris will be frank with you, list your immediate near-by competition and discuss what should be done with your property in order to make it marketable for a timely sale. We received multiple offers on our first property, some even at over-asking price. The price range was comparable for first-time or moderate buyers, however we were still surprised at the result. For the second property, we encountered some difficulty with the contractor for extensive interior work to prep for sale, and Chris offered us a price for buy-out on which we decided to accept. This was a desirable property for location and lot size, so it proved to be a solution for all. So, if you dont mind someone who has a great personality and always greets you with a smile, then I would highly recommend that you give Chris a call, especially if you are having trouble sitting on a property for months with no action or foreseeable offers. We all want to get our lives moving in the direction we desire and Chris can certainly help you with that decision.
