I have a passion for assisting sellers and buyers in real estate transactions. I was in the mortgage business for almost 13 years. I managed over 20 mortgage brokers and my mortgage experience has been key in assisting buyers piece together their finances. I always tell my buyers, the first step in looking for a home is getting your financing lined up first before looking for a home. One too many times buyers fall in love with a home and sooner or later that deal falls apart even if a contract was accepted.
I am an active networker and I also a founding member of a BNI Networking Chapter in Miami. I am also a Toastmasters member and involved in other networking groups. I am a big believer of building quality business relationships and becoming a source of quality contacts for my clients and friends.
