Chris was able to answer all of our questions and then some. We had difficulties with a lending company, and he immediately contacted a different one and explained the situation to them. They called us, and the paperwork started. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. He doesn't treat you like you're a business transaction. He treats you like family. When we had our walk through inspection, he was there and made sure everything was accurate. He's an amazing realtor and guy. I highly recommend him!
