He was responsive and very patient in helping with a first time buyer. He did a great job doing the various negotiating challenges we had. Made sure I was taken care of and well represented. Was patient as we looked at various properties. Fully understood when one of the first we looked at was a bad situation. Didn't try to push me towards it or constantly bug me to look at other properties. I don't do pushy. I shut down if you don't listen to what I say. And had no such problem with Christopher thankfully.

Recently coming out a bad experience and failing to sale my home with a different realtor, Chris Beal had some walls to overcome. I was freshly pessimistic about the process, but Chris was very attentive and actually listened to my needs as a client. He really made me feel more like a friend. His professionalism was unmatched, and his drive was above reproach. My words cant truly express the gratitude I have for the level of service Chris provided me. I was very fortunate to find a realtor that was dedicated and determined to sell my house in this economyaEUR|and for those that house has been on the market for a long time, you know what I mean. As I read my review, it sounds like I was paid to write this reviewaEUR|well my home sold at asking price so maybe I was (lol). I'm all seriousness, Chris Beal was a great realtor and knows his stuff and I would 10 out of 10 recommend.
