He was responsive and very patient in helping with a first time buyer. He did a great job doing the various negotiating challenges we had. Made sure I was taken care of and well represented. Was patient as we looked at various properties. Fully understood when one of the first we looked at was a bad situation. Didn't try to push me towards it or constantly bug me to look at other properties. I don't do pushy. I shut down if you don't listen to what I say. And had no such problem with Christopher thankfully.
