This has been totally different and the value of her work has been obvious. This has not been an easy sale. We seemed to have listed our home at the worst moment, just recently when interest rates were peaking and everyone was concerned about the housing market falling through the floor. Since what we want to buy, hasn?t been on the market, we?ve not been very motivated sellers?But Christine has shepherded this process through ups and downs, twists and turns to the point where we are in contract for the best offer we accepted on the property, from wonderful buyers, right below our ask and with a back-up offer at ask. She is the consummate professional; A veritable wealth of knowledge about everything real estate. She seems to have a resource, in her phone, for anything we could possibly need involving selling our home. And she?s so skillful?understanding the nuanced differences between when we needed advice versus when we needed information. She deftly handled simultaneous multiple bids. Her marketing strategy was robust, resilient and flexible?.and her tenacious belief that we would sell this house, happily, was very reassuring, especially at times when we were feeling a bit frustrated. I also want to mention that we walked away from a very viable deal, because we were uncomfortable with the approach our buyers were taking with the contacting process. Of course, no realtor is happy when a deal falls through, but not once did she convey any disappointment, not once did she try to talk us into salvaging the deal. She always listened to our concerns and respected them?.basically approaching that hurdle with a forward looking optimism, and in doing so, only deepened the trust we had in her. It?s simply been a pleasure working with her. Honestly, we couldn?t ask for more.
