If I could give more than 5 stars to Ralph, I would. We absolutely loved working with him. He made the home buying process so much easier and fun! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Boston and surrounding area markets. He went above and beyond, communicating with all the different people we needed, and even made a long trip to our new house at rush hour just to put a package that was delivered early inside. He was always prompt, and you could always tell he really cared about us and finding us the right place. We love Ralph!

Working with Ralph on the home buying process was a great pleasure. First and foremost-he stands by his word; when he says he will call you at 5pm, he calls you at 5pm. When he says he will show-up to tour a listing we were interested in, he would show-up on time and with questions for the selling agent. Ralph is very honest, and is well versed in the home buying process and local real estate market. Ralph was amazing in supporting our buying journey. In MA it is competitive and stressful but Ralph made it fun! Ralph partnered with us to create creative and competitive offers while also keeping our interests in mind. Ralph was honest, and gave us lots of solid advice on the market and the homes we were looking at as it was both our first time buying a home. He was always available and answered all our questions, basically holding our hands through the entire buying journey. We ended up getting a home after our second bid which was such a relief and a testament to how incredibly helpful Ralph was.

We were first-time homebuyers and Ralph stayed patient with us through an 8 month search process, during what was likely one of the worst housing markets for buyers in years. He explained terminology and process, gave tips from his experience as a realtor and also a homeowner, and was always willing to meet with us to see houses that were of interest. We never felt pressured or pushed to move faster than we were comfortable with, or make offers that we werent sure of. Plus, Ralph was just a really fun person to work with and encouraged us that we would know when we found the right place (which was totally true). I cant recommend him more highly and am so appreciative of his guidance and friendship through this process!
