Christine has to be the best realtor in the Area by far! We were very indecisive and she kept working with us through our whole process and showed us every option in our area and some!! I was a first-time and out-of-state home buyer, and Christine helped educate me and walked me through the entire home buying process. I particularly appreciated the fact that after viewing a home that I liked she proactively found out details about the home so that when I did decide to put an offer the home we knew all the necessary information to put in a competitive bid that was eventually accepted! She was also able to recommend local home inspectors, lenders and insurance agents, which was invaluable to me as an out-of-state buyer. When I finally toured the home an hour before closing, I liked it better in person than during the virtual tour. I really enjoyed working with Christine.

Christine Lundin is wonderful to work with from the moment we met. The process was a sell/buy/build. She made some great suggestions when selling my home, to which I did make some updates which helped the sale. Sold the house the first weekend on the market, well over asking! The pictures turned out amazing and her availability for an open house was helpful. While looking for homes in the crazy 2021 market we took a step back after looking at a few that I just wasn't vibing with and she made a suggestion about building. I never even thought that was an option for me, I would not have thought of that on my own. She found the best lot, with a great price tag, found me a builder, and so it began. We are building a home! She supported me the entire way, from start to finish, and even went with me to pick out my finishes. Having that professional eye that has walked through many homes was helpful! She never overstepped, but I asked for advice and opinion, and she gave me hers. She was there to answer all my questions and take over communication for me when I was unable to. From start to finish I could not have imagined working with anyone else. She is professional, knowledgeable, funny, helpful, and kind. I could go on and on. Just know she is great and I will always do business with her and send everyone I can!
