Christine Lance

My name is Christine Lance and I have been living in the Panama City area for over 16 years. I reside her with my husband and we have 2 adult children. We love this city and all that it has to offer from the beautiful beaches, bays for boating and fishing, fresh water springs, shopping, cultural events and local festivals. It is a great place to enjoy life. I have been selling real estate for over 12 years and I love helping my customers with buying and selling their properties. I sell between 25 - 40 homes per year and over 50% of those come from referrals from past customers. That is what truly lets me know that I am doing a great job of helping my customers when they refer me to their friends, family and co-workers. I am very involved in our local Board of Realtors, the Bay County Chamber of Commerce and I sit on the board of the Panama City Center for the Arts. I think giving back to my community helps me two-fold by keeping in touch with what is happening here on an everyday basis and by meeting so many wonderful people who make this community so wonderful!
