    I've been married to my husband, Mike Kinsley, since 1989, and we've raised three sons--Matt, Kyle, and Sean--all of whom are licensed REALTORS(R). Matt and Kyle own and operate Merced Stanislaus County Property Management. While I'm not involved in that business, I'm proud of the work they do and the dedication our entire family has to the real estate industry. My son Sean and I work closely together as agents with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, continuing the family tradition of service, professionalism, and local expertise.

    Christine Kinsley was our realtor when we listed and sold our rental home in Los Banos. She made everything very easy for us which we appreciated because we live a couple of hours away and relied on Christine to recommend contractors and repairmen. The sub contractors she recommended were excellent and finished the jobs we needed, such as painting and carpeting the home promptly. At one point, the home was broken into and because she drove by the home frequently, she discovered what had happened and had the locks changed immediately. She is very dependable, professional and will help in any way needed to ready your home for sale. If we had more homes in the Los Banos area, Christine would represent us every time.

    Sean Kinsley was my realtor when I was looking for our home in Los Banos, CA. Sean took us to see a home that we loved and bought. I was under pressure to find a home because my home in Palo Alto had just sold. Sean was very helpful when we made our offer for the house and was always there to answer my many question, calmed my nerves and encouraged us throughout the process of buying our home. If Sean couldnt answer my question or concerns, hed ask or research it and hed get right back to me. Sean was always telling us about Los Banos, where the good restaurants were, where the necessary businesses where located and where we could find service people. I really recommend Sean and his real estate office. Really nice people.
