We had an excellent experience with Christine. She was made time to help us viewing houses even on weekend morning when it was most convenient for us. Christine was very helpful when viewing letting us know things to keep an eye out for, pros and cons, and even keeping an eye on our toddler while we viewed the house. Where do we begin? We had a budget in mind. However, it was difficult to find something in the area we desired, that fell in that price range we needed. We had ourselves convinced that in order to find something we were going to have to be on the other side of the Susquehanna River- which meant, paying tolls, longer commutes, and Traffic. Amy showed us multiple listings that met our criteria, with the patience of a saint. We found a home, that we liked checking all the boxes, that also had that long commute and tolls to work each day. We hesitated with this one, did we love this ONE enough for those things...Here came Amy via the group text with another option to explore that seemed to be quite the perfect house for us, the cute little rancher, with the HUGE Garage, on this side of the river and only ten minutes from where we were currently residing. Thank you Amy for all of your hard work in finding us our dream home. If you are looking for a hardworking, top notch, realtor - It's Amy! Her knowledge and expertise is amazing. I would not use this realtor. Me and wife bought a hosue from him and we feel as we were another number. We bought a house that hasw so many things wrong with it close to 300k. we've had nothing but issues since the start of our move in date, We told him we have a baby on the way and we got sold a house that has no bath tub. We felt as he did not care about our needs and want. If he claims to be in the field for a very long time but as first time buyers he was no help to finding us the perfect house. And after we bought the house we never even got a congratulations or a house warming gift like all realtors do. DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR.
