I have assisted an appraiser by compiling appraiser reports so I know how to analyze them. I also am part owner of a home inspection company which has allowed me the training as I walk through houses with buyers to look at the homes a little more carefully. Lastly, I have had my own staging company which has allowed me to stage and consult sellers as to what buyers are looking for and how to make their home feel more appealing than the competition!
