Christine was the most knowledgeable professional real estate agent I have ever come across. We were so happy and proud to have selected Christine out of the four agents we had spoken too. It was totally fortuitous that found Christine Ans. I was struggling to close on a home. I had issues with my chosen lender and a corporate seller. The complexities were significant and I needed to get this deal done. I was very impressed from the very moment I spoke with Christine. She found me a new lender immediately. It started on a Monday in the evening. She and the lender worked with me and I had the application in by 9:30PM that evening. My application was in underwriting that Thursday afternoon. My loan closed just this past Monday... just 28 days from when I met Christine. The more interesting thing is that it would have been just 24 days if not for the seller. There were several obstacles to overcome including a contract issue which would have cost me an additional $18K on the sales price. Christine came through and had the seller honor the original contract price. She literally, and actually, saved me $18K. She is incredibly diligent and worked hard to deliver results. She made it look easy, but I know that there were many things trying to scuttle my purchase. Thank you Christine!
