From the first time we met with her she was very professional and helpful in answering our questions. Even though that house wasn't the right one we really liked her friendly demeanor, knowledge, and professionalism, so later on when we decided to start working with a realtor to purchase a home we contacted her, and I am so glad we did. I sent her many, many requests to see homes on the market and she devoted a lot of time to helping us see every single home we requested (and send us some to review as well). She is very knowledgeable about a home's structure and even helped point out items that could be concerning, so that we would be aware of any issues with the homes. For example, one home had "inner seal siding" which has a class action lawsuit against it...I would not have known that if she had not told us about it...Or how cupping in hardwood is a sign of a moisture problem. That was just a few of many helpful things she taught us to watch for when looking at a home (that we honestly had no idea about). She has great communication and responsiveness; she answered every question we had (even if she had to contact several people to get us what we requested). She has a good working knowledge of the area, which helps if you have questions about schools. Christina has connections with other helpful resources, like inspectors and contractors that really helped answer some of the structural questions we had. I never had to wait on paperwork, she promptly took care of everything for us and went through the contract (and all other paperwork) with us paragraph by paragraph so she could answer any questions we had about anything included in the paperwork. Buying a home is a big investment and it meant a lot to us that she took the time to go over everything and ensure all the details were handled professionally, with care. She always seemed to have a positive attitude and she made us feel welcome anytime we called, sent messages, or during face-to-face interactions.
