Christina is a true professional in the industry of real estate. She was always responsive and one step ahead of the other party's concerns and/or negotiations. I needed to put my home up for sale right before the Thanksgiving holiday and even though the winter months are the slowest in the real estate market, Christina still made sure the closing happened on my timeline. I first met Christina at a networking group. As you probably know, there are several Realtors at networking groups, however, Christina has a way of really connecting. So when it was time for our family to move back in 2016 , Christina is who we chose to sell our house, and also find a new one. House was sold relatively easily and at our asking price, and the house we bought...well, even though our bid wasn't as high as others, we were able to give the sellers more time in their home (time was money for them!). We wouldn't have been able to do that without Christina guiding us. After all these years, I still recommend Christina and pass along her contact info. And should we ever decide to move (hard to even think it, as we love our house), you know we will reach out to Christina again. Thank you so much Christina! Christina is wonderful! She's incredibly knowledgeable and is a great resource for first time homebuyers like me. I thought I had done my research and was well-prepared, but I can't imagine going through my first buying process with anyone else. She was so supportive, made me feel secure in my decisions, and made sure I understood things as she guided me through the process and answered all my (numerous) questions. She was also really great working with my lender to make sure everything was taken care of and nothing was missed. The whole process went more smoothly and easily than I ever could have hoped, and I have no doubt that it was because Christina was on my team. Christina has helped us find all 3 of our homes! I cannot recommend her enough. The thing that I like most about Christina is how she really listens to what you want! A friend referred us to Christina, with rave reviews about her responsiveness, knowledge of the area, and generally being great to work with. Our experience with Christina even went above and beyond that. Christina was super knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to buy in and was very clear about sharing all of that information with us. She also did a great job when visiting homes at being able to point out features or major flaws that helped us make an informed, good decision on what properties to put offers on. When it came to the house offer and buying stages, Christina was also amazing in helping us achieve getting our dream home for the right price and navigating all the steps and paperwork trough that as well.
