I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including sellers, buyers—including first-time home buyers and investors - from long-term holds to 1031 exchange, and land buyers/sellers. I also handle specialized transactions, like trust and bankruptcy sales. That experience lets me guide each client with strategies tailored to their goals and unique situation.
One recent transaction I’m particularly fond of was helping a young family purchase their first home. During inspections, a few challenges came up, and I was able to guide them through the process and negotiate with the seller to have the necessary repairs completed before closing. It was incredibly rewarding to see the family move in on closing day with their home ready and everything in place.
I discovered real estate while I was in college pursuing my Pharmacy degree. With young children at home, I was looking for a career that would allow me to spend more quality time with my family. I decided to give real estate a try, and it turned out to be an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling career—I’ve never looked back!
I hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which requires ongoing, high-level education to maintain. I’m also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and have specialized training in bankruptcy and trust sales, as well as investment property transactions. I make it a priority to stay current with industry changes and continually pursue the training necessary to provide my clients with informed, strategic guidance.
