Look No Further ! Need a Excellent Real estate agent ! I highly recommend Christina Pageaud. Berkshire Hathaway out of Henderson NV. After looking for about 6 months on my own with no luck. I was referred to Christina. Not being in Nevada to look at the houses in person can be worrisome. Hoping your agent is really checking out the houses the way you would. Christina has an eye for checking the house from head to toe for all it's flaws. Not trying to hide what you can't see. She's on her job ! And does it SUPREMELY WELL ! She is extremely communicative, honest, upfront, helpful & extremely reliable. She is a EXCELLENT AGENT !!! Answers any questions at all times. Always gets back with you in a timely manner. She takes time to really listen and understand your vision of what type of house and area you are looking for. Don't know how she pulled it off but she found the house with everything I asked for and much, much, more and I THANK YOU. LOVE IT !! You are amazing ! It might take a little time for her to find the house of your dreams being the inventory in Vegas / Henderson is very little at this time. But Christina will find exactly what you are looking for. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. Very beautiful warm personality. Passionate about her job and loves it. Christina is the best agent I have ever worked with. Really cares about her clients. She made buying my house such a pleasure.

Christina deserves more than 5 stars. We have recently relocated from Oklahoma to Vegas. Over the years we have dealt with a few realtors, however, Christina is in a league of her own. We met her right before Vegas (and the rest of the country) shut down due to the pandemic. We had a short couple of days of with her, but we gave her our "wish list" and she quickly went to work. Shortly after our meeting we flew back to Oklahoma and stayed in constant communication with her via email and FaceTime. Comparing her to our previous realtor experiences, she sets the bar high. Christina is communicative, knowledgeable yet educates you as the buyer/seller on each step of the way, provides clear timelines, manages expectations, upfront, trustworthy, dependable, and overall a very kind disposition. Even though we couldn't be here in person, she would drive out to the Aliante area and do weekly home walk-throughs with the builder while FaceTiming us. She was great about advocating on our behalf. I literally can't think of one area of concern with working with her. She gave us such peace of mind despite us being 1,000+ miles away. And you can't put a price tag on that. My husband and I can't say enough great things about our experience with her. All I know is that she is the only person we will work with moving forward and recommend to friends and family.
