Christina is a stellar real-estate agent that shines compared to other agents Ive worked with over the years. Being new to SWFL and not knowing the area, we were fortunate to have found someone with the business insight and experience to help us. From the start, the transaction was unique since the property we wanted wasnt for sale, and its a prime location. We also knew a prime location is always associated with high dollars, especially in a hot market. So we didnt have high hopes holistically. However, much credit to Christinas business acumen; the owner was willing to entertain, and we got the property at a price point that was in our favor. There were a few twists and turns during the transaction and heated conversations. Still, through it all, Christina was very polite, professional, and prudent in her decision and never lost focus on finalizing the deal. If youre in the market to buy or sell your property, I highly recommend Christina. She will help you get what you want.
