ZillowVERIFIEDThe first time my wife and I scheduled a house tour with Christina we got a great impression of her . She was very friendly, respectful and professional. Our priorities when we were looking for a place was a backyard with enough space for the kids to play but our budget was limited and many of the places we were looking were way above our target price. She encouraged us to keep looking and to have patience and that we would find the right place at the right time. After almost two months of looking everyday and meeting with her on the weekends , we saw a place that caught our attention. My wife asked her to take a look and they both went that same day. One day after I also went to see this house and got a special connection . That same day we placed the offer and she supported and made the offer process really efficient. She coordinated all the activities necessary to close the offer the soonest and three weeks after we first looked this house, we got the keys of our new place. The day she gave us the keys was one of the most important days in our lives and it probably wouldn't be possible to have the house we were dreaming of without her great service. I am skipping many details in our experience but the whole process was simple and efficient. We are very grateful with her. Completely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough wonderful things about Christina and our experience with her both selling and buying a home. We had a very complicated divorce situation and I also had my side of the family involved and helping us so Christina had to separately deal with many people which took a lot of extra time and repetitiveness. She treated us like family. She was always available anytime that we needed her to respond to questions or concerns, to check out properties for us because my work schedule is so busy (she did several video tours for us), she also had no problem showing a property to different people in our family on separate occasions. Christina knew about crime in the areas and other very important things that would be important to us . If she didn't know something, she didn't stop researching or contacting people until she found out. I feel like she took all of the stress out of buying and selling a home for us. As a single Mom with two jobs, I was extremely worried about being able to buy and sell. She alleviated all of that worry for me. Working with Christina throughout this process made me feel like we were her only clients but I could see that we weren't. She had several clients throughout this process but always made us feel like a priority. She went to bat for us if something was priced too high or if we were receiving unreasonable services or requests. I felt like she was always there no matter what time it was. She went above and beyond at every step of the way and we are extremely grateful to her for helping us get into our dream home! Christina will always be considered family to us now!
