Shaunda Hall is a very professional and experienced real estate agent. She helped us purchase an investment home through the 1031 program. She helped us find an excellent home at a good price. Since we don't live in the area and don't know much about it, she helped us connect with a property maintenance agency and other contractors for some changes and additions we wanted to make to the house before renting it out. She was always very patient with our questions and assisted us every time we needed to consult with her. She was always available. Sofia Lovinsky and I touched bases throughout the internet. She closely analyzed my specific finding in a house and helped me purchase a future residency that I will be living at. Her work ethic was professional and thorough. Although, I wasn't ready to purchase a house, she still touched bases with me and helped me explore various options over the course of a year. In December 2024, I decided to resided in Florida and my connection with Sofia allowed for me to happily find a home that best suits me.
