Christina was wonderful to work with. We lived 2 hours away from the property we were selling and she made every effort to make sure we could take care of things when we were going to be in the area and not have to make extra trips. She definitely knows how to take care of her clients. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER

Nightmare. An absolute nightmare experience filled with lies and ethics violations from unprofessionals. I first contacted Christina and David Fillipo with Better Homes and Gardens, on January 18th, to list my house with them. They said they were scared of the weather that day and the next, and could meet me the next saturday. I requested to listed the house at 48,000$. A very liveable home in a good area, with over half an acre. And including closing costs of the average attorney, home, termite, and warrenty fees, it was approximately 4,000$. A significant chunk of that money, goes to the person who actually sold the house. I mentioned to them my bottom dollar was 34000$ Every week for six weeks, I kept on the realtors to actually get it listed with Zillow. Zillow is where I, and many others, only look at for homes on the MLS market. The Fillipos kept him hawling, trying to place blame elsewhere. Because of the lack of exposure on Zillow, it was only shown twice during those 6 weeks with no offers. And only once, by the Fillipos. After seeing the Fillipos lack of effort to properly list the home in over 6 weeks, I had to list it myself on Marketplace and personal by owner Zillow listing. Especilly before this vacant home falls victim to another home in Fayette county that had all the copper stolen. The very same day I listed it on March 6th, I had 7 showings scheduled, with two offers by the end of the 1st day. Compare that to the 2 showings they had, in 6 weeks. Everyone told me the same thing. Due to the Fillipos incorrect listing, they didnt know where the house was. Deep water Mountain road stretches from Oak hill to Montgomery. I was also told the Fillipos wouldnt answer the phone So I tried to call the Fillipos the same evening about my 34000$ offer I accepted. That I sold the house. Hours later Christina texted saying I can call now. I told her because after all these weeks of negligence of not listing the house properly, I had to list it myself. Christina lied to me, and said it is listed on Zillow. I already had screenshots of all of their listings, she was lying. I made sure to recheck afterwards. Lying, is a big ethics violation. I said look, the buyer needs to close quick. Can I just send you your fee, and let me handle the closing. Because if its been 6 weeks and you cant get it listed properly, I dont trust you to do the closing. Christina said shed call me the next day. Instead, she sent a big text that morning. Saying they deserve their fee, and refused to let me handle the closing. They made the buyer get ahold of them. Which the buyer kept informing me he couldnt get ahold of them. When they finally got back to him, they sent me the contract to sign. The contract stated the listing agent gets 1250$. Which even though really they shouldnt get anything, I just wanted this nightmare experience over with. Later, when the attorney sent me the closing paper days before closing, NOW it says theyre getting 3000$. The Fillipos are now taking the fee as if they sold it, they didnt. Both the buyer and I kept on the Filliopos, about this being dirty. That they didnt sell the house, or do their job. On March 24th, David tried calling me. I called back, with my voicemail saying unless youre going to do the right thing, and not take an extra 1750$. That DO NOT call me back. He did anyways to play macho, and I absolutely went off on him. Another huge ethics violation. He was already instructed not to reply, unless he was fixing this. Beyond unprofessional. The broker over BH&G called me the next morning, and I explained everything the Fillipos did. That I just want this over with, but David better not show his butt again at closing. Because either an officer or I will handle it. Closing was on March 26th. The buyer felt more comfortable with me doing the final walkthrough with him. As he showed me, where they would not respond to him either. On closing day, only Christina showed up in leggings. She would not congratulate the buyer, shake his hand, nothing. I figured she wouldnt speak to me. But considering they are getting 3000$ from the buyer, that they did not earn. They could have at least say congratulations, anything. I have worked with realtors in the past, with no issues. Ethics says for Realtors to do the right thing for your client, but admit fault when you cant. Instead, they lied to both me and the buyer. Im assuming because the house was sold for 34,000$ instead of hundreds of thousands like their other homes, they just didnt care. But they shouldve said no to taking me on as a client if they werent going to work. I pray that anyone considering this company reads this, and doesnt make the same mistake I did of using them. This was likely the most unprofessional and nightmare of an event Ive been through as an adult. It scares me that people like this can go to bed at night, and get away with this.

This team is a power couple! We had a difficult closing because the sellers had several legal hoops to jump through. David and Christina were always available and helped negotiate a fantastic deal when I was out of state. I cant wait to buy my next house with this team - I could not recommend them any higher!

She was great. If I had a question she answered promptly. My Process was a complicated one involving sister's estate and Christina helped me all the way through it. I am grateful. dY'o
