I don't usually write reviews, but I couldn't not write a review for Lynn and Christie. They are hands down the best real estate team in Chicago and came recommended to me from my condominium's property manager - so knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely well resourced and professional. I have worked with other real estate folks in the Chicago area, and I can tell you that I have never had this kind of experience. From deciding the best selling price to handling inspections and maintenance requests to marketing to showings to booking the elevators for staging to fixing light bulbs to a hundred other things that came up, Christie and Lynn just took care of everything...they just sent me an update and asked for permission when they needed it. I was not in Chicago throughout the whole process and they just kept me in the loop and took care of everything on my behalf. I could not be more grateful. Their knowledge of the Chicago area, the various buildings and amenities, and in-depth research allowed me to get interest from multiple parties and close within a month. I have a go-to team now for all real estate matters, and I recommend them very highly to a lot of my friends and family.
