Christina is friendly, professional, patient, and very responsive! She went way beyond expectations. We ended up doing a reno loan, which I never would have endured otherwise. We have no issues with dealing with major renovations. But the rehab loan process adds extra steps that can be frustrating. Christina was present for all those steps.
