This was my fifth home purchase, and Christina was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with.I had very specific requirements for the home I was looking for, and Christina was great at striking a balance between identifying and recommending potential homes with allowing the flexibility to search independently in order to hone in on what would be right for me.Christina always had time for me and was very prompt in responding and providing information. She was also extremely patient and flexibile, as my erratic schedule often made home showings a challenge.When we finally found THE house, Christina was there through every step of the process and was invaluable in the purchase negotiation. She is tremendously gifted in understanding the other side of the transaction and knowing what will appeal to the seller, which meant the best possible result for me. When a difficult issue came up during the inspection, Christina did an amazing job of renegotiating with the sellers and ensuring a successful outcome.With my new home secured, I turned to Christina for the sale of my house and could not have asked for a better result. She has a keen sense of the market, especially in pricing appropriately, and knows what will appeal to a potential buyer. Christina created the listing using vivid and accurate descriptions of the property, produced brochures which detailed features and upgrades, and used professional photography to best depict the highlights and condition of the house. All of this led to my house going under contract in less than 5 days - and for asking price. I never expected such a terrific outcome, and I know that it was Christinas skill that made it possible!In both transactions, she was highly organized and efficient, always keeping me informed about where in the process things were and anything that needed to be done.
