We have worked with several real estate agents in the past, and Tina is the most helpful, responsive and thorough that we have had the pleasure of working with. Tina was always early for our appointments and had the information we needed as well as great insight into the neighborhoods we were looking to buy in. Somehow she was able to anticipate many of the hurdles that seem to arise during the buying process, and helped us get through them with minimal effort. Tina was also available via telephone, text or email anytime we had a question, even if that meant she accepted a call from us well after office hours.Tina was also a great help in dealing with the lenders, keeping that process moving forward. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Tina's expertize and total help when we purchased a mobile home and again when for health reason we had to sell it. Her good nature, constant interest and superior abilities, eased our minds so often, we want to hereby thank Tina for her wonderful attention to every detail . We also do not hesitate to recommend her to any person looking to buy or sell. As Canadians it was not possible for us to be in the area for either transaction, Tina made it all so very easy in every way, keeping in touch almost every day by e mail or phone to keep us fully informed, even coaching us by phone when we did not understand how to complete some forms. She was endlessly patient, dedicated and reassuringly positive about selling in a slow market. One long drawn out offer finally failed. I can't cheer Tina enough. She was always in contact with us, knew everything that needed doing, and took incredible care of us as we sold our home. We no longer live in the desert, and she went to the house and made sure it had everything needed, went to the city offices herself to help with the DPAP program paperwork, and got us an offer for asking price the day before we actually listed it.I highly recommend her to everyone buying or selling a home in the desert. If we didn't move away, we would use Tina for every home purchase in our future.
