I have always had a strong passion for real estate. What started off as simple interior designing and hours of watching House Hunters I thought it was just a hobby of mine. However, after working with a realtor when buying my first home, I quickly realized it was not just a hobby but in fact my true calling. Make sure you absolutely love the house you are choosing! It may not check off all of your boxes but as long as it makes you feel at home and gives you butterflies that is all you need. Just make sure it gives you those butterflies.
Staging is important. The less the better. When buyers come look at your house you want them to picture themselves in it and the right flow, layout, and declutter can really take your home to the next level for those buyers.

I have always been fascinated with real estate and know that it is one of the biggest investment. I also believe that owning property is one of the most important things for anyone to do. I really got more interested in it when buying our own home. We had a wonderful agent who was very helpful and made the process so much easier and very enjoyable. I thought I wanted to also help make a change in people's lives and be impactful on such an important purchase.
