Having spent three months wasted time with another realtor it was refreshing to work with Kate. She kept me updated every step of the way and was quick to gather feedback - which I never got from the previous agent. Kate was recommended by a friend and never disappointed. Initially my husband was home sick and Kate was always able to work around our limitations for showing. Later my husband passed away and she was truly supportive. We wanted to sell the home to move to Louisiana to purchase a home with my son and Kate pulled out all the stops to market and show the home. When we contracted with a buyer she made the process painless and even had the title company come to my home on moving day to close so that we could close one day in Pensacola and the next in Louisiana. If you want a realtor who will give you great service, support and be able to sell your home Kate is your person. After this experience I would call her a friend and would highly recommend her.

Andy did an amazing job during the process of buying our new house. He is the most outstanding realtor and was always extremely dedicated to doing the best for us. I have never worked with a more aggressive but very professional. By far the best realtor I've dealt with.
