ZillowVERIFIEDI have had numerous experiences with Real Estate Agents that I found less than fulfilling. However, this is the first time I can truly say that I couldn't have purchased this property without an Agent. An amazing surprise. He was literally the only one who understood the process, kept the mortgage firm on task and ensured what looked to be a calamitous loss into a successful purchase. Our banker was a mess and almost completely botched this but Andy steadied the ship and kept him on path. He was excellent managing the negotiation process and incredibly responsive throughout this particular purchase. He facilitated extensive onsite reviews with contractors, got to the bottom of every outstanding issue and hurdle including bankers, title and challenging sellers. As an out-of-state purchaser, it would have never happened without Andy's process driven, methodical and responsive approach. Having purchased and sold over 20 properties, Andy is the first Realtor I felt was a true professional. I never thought I needed a Real Estate Agent until this effort. Anyone looking to purchase real estate in the Pensacola would be well served to utilize Andy.

ZillowVERIFIEDIf youre looking for an agent that treats people like a walking commission check, this is your guy. I am flabbergasted at the dishonesty, disrespectful and pushy nature of this guy. He will corner you into a deal and threaten legal action if you dont bend to his requests. Hell then ask for 2 grand per day in compensation every day that his commission check is delayed. Cant recommend anyone more if you like being misled, pressured and manipulated. If you dont like this, run.
