She researched and worked diligently beyond what she had to do and got the best comps in my area; the sales price and appraisal was spot on! I was out of town most of the time, and she handled everything. She staged my home, contacted contractors and roofers, met with them, and sold at full asking in 7 days. Any questions or calls or texts were answered within an hour, and I got immediate feedback, communication, advice and options. Never any pressure and completely up front with any information. So many small things she did (even fed my Koi fish), and the constant reassurance and patience she provided made the entire process very positive.
