Our goal was to have house under contract in 30 days. Priced house to sell. We had offer first day on market. Christian helped negotiate price (both parties). Christian did everything he could to make the sale process easy and convenient for us. We have another property and will be using Christian again knowing with his drive and determination that it will be sold in a very professional manner.
