When we decided to put our home for sale in a very strong Buyers market a few months back, we knew as Sellers that it was in our best interest to take the time needed upfront to research and find the best person possible to properly represent us. We knew that in order to sell our home quickly and for the highest market condition price possible, we needed an experienced Realtor. We were so fortunate to finally meet and connect with Christian Rockwell. He had just previously sold three other homes in our development within a couple months of each other. Plus, they all sold for the highest sales prices to date in our community as well. Meanwhile, there were 3 other different Realtors that had listings for sale as well. Unfortunately for their Sellers, all 3 properties eventually sold in our community for $50-75K less than Christians listings. Christian clearly puts his clients properties and good intentions first. Unfortunately there's a lot of part time Realtors out there. They seem to think that the only way to sell a property is to keep urging their clients to discount their properties by thousands of dollars every week until it sells just so they can quickly get a paycheck. With that said, we just wanted to say thanks to Christian for getting our place sold and again at the highest price possible. If anyone is looking for the best Realtor to represent them, look no further. You will be amazed by his knowledge, experience, compassion and most importantly kindness.
