His rich and diverse background resulted in Christian becoming fluent in seven languages, including English, Spanish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, French, and Portuguese. Boasting a broad range of talents and experience, Christian is uniquely positioned to be able to provide the best service in the industry. With 30 years' experience in customer service, management, marketing and business development, Christian brings a fortress of tools to the real estate industry. Further complimenting his many years in business, Christian managed teams in excess of 300 employees, has provided service to almost every demographic and has been directly responsible for delivering major marketing campaigns on behalf of some of the largest companies in the world. His passion for real estate was fueled at an early age, barely before turning 20 Christian began investing in property, first in Spain, then later in the United Kingdom. Australia was next on the list and most recently, Florida. These ventures were a mix of both rental investment and 'fix to sell' properties. Christian is experienced in renovation, both mild and extreme, interior design, construction, and concept. With a keen eye for detail and a sense for current trends he knows how to make a property flourish! Christian executed his plan to do what he loves and became a Florida Real Estate specialist by joining one of the region's most powerful and well-informed teams, maintaining his motto that 'if it's not the best, it's not good enough'.
