Loffreno Real Estate Inc. has been serving the community since 1980. I have been selling real estate on Ft. Myers Beach for since 1988. I am a Top producer in the Fort Myers Beach market, and earned the the Realtor of The Year award for my contributions to the local real estate industry. One of only a few Realtors on all of Fort Myers Beach that has obtained the highest designation in residential Real Estate, the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist). I have also went thru intensive real estate training and I am a GRI (Graduate of The Realtors Institute). Over the years, I have also given my time to serve as past president of Fort Myers Beach Board of Realtors, and various charities. Living in the Fort Myers Beach area since 1974 has given me firsthand knowledge of the community and its history over the many years. I grew up on the island and when to the island's own elementary school. I have personally watched all the condos get built and most of the homes that stand today.
