As first-time homebuyers in the summer of 2021, we knew very little about the Boston-area market or about purchasing a home in general. We thought it would be impossible to find someone who could walk us through all aspects of the process: the search, the offer, the approval, the inspection, the closing, the move. Nate was there for us every step of the way. More importantly, he knew what we didnt know. How do we know if the roof will need replacement in the near future? How do we know if the basement is safe?
