I met Christian after being referred to him through my bank's 3rd party referral service, but had I had a choice, I would have ended up choosing him anyway. Christian was knowledgeable and approachable. He has a ton of patience and made this first-time homebuyer's experience relatively painless. He was skillful in steering me away from homes that I now know would not have worked for my family and was enthusiastic when I found the home I eventually ended up purchasing. Even after the process was complete, he was available and helpful in answering my questions. I would definitely refer people to Christian for his help with any of their buying or selling needs!
