I have lived in the Denton community for over 30 years. My work experience encompasses over 13 years in banking, ranging from consumer, commercial banking and Director of Sales. My passion is helping people in the community rise up and attain possibilities once thought unreachable. In 2001 I was voted one of Denton's most influential people. I became licensed in 2008 and have won Best Denton Realtor for the past 5 consecutive years. My husband John and I have two beautiful kids. We spend our free time volunteering in our local community and traveling together.

If I could rate with zero stars I would. We chose Chrissy Mallouf to sell our home. To say were displeased would be a complete understatement. It was a huge mistake to choose her to sell our house. She has a great presentation she puts on to become the realtor, but then is a huge let down the second she OFFICIALLY becomes your realtor. She doesnt follow through with anything previously discussed. We constantly had to contact her and her office to get any kind of updates for anything about our house. From the date that we accepted an offer to sell our home, to the day we signed we did not hear from her one time. Chrissy and her team completely botched our open house by not following through about anything we talked about. She discussed how amazing our open house would be in her presentation, yet she didnt even bother to show up to it. A random person that we had never met, nor chose to be the face to sell our home, from her company, showed up and was only there for two hours. We were misled with everything she said. In this market anyone with a pulse can sell a home and thats basically all we got by using her, the absolute bare minimum, if that. We couldve put a sign out front and lead a better open house then what they did and couldve gotten the same results. Anytime we tried to contact her directly regarding our house she acted like it was an inconvenience for her. A realtor should feel appreciative and grateful to have the opportunity to sell your home, not entitled! When asked about the details of her listing agreement she gave generic answers and didnt send and specific details. Now we know why. She spent her time helping her BUYERS and not her SELLERS because she obviously makes her money that way, which seemed to be all she cared about. Save yourself the headache and choose a different realtor who will actually communicate with you throughout your process and value you as a customer.

I can not say enough about Chrissy Mallouf! She was so wonderful throughout this very long process. We were delayed several times due to supply chain issues. It was right before Christmas and we were facing another delay. She did not let that happen. She went to bat for us and got us in there on the 21st! A Christmas miracle. A few things have to be done later but we slept in our home last night and we have a tree up for our kids! She is so thoughtful and kind. She has so much knowledge about the area and recommendations for anything from nail salons to pediatricians. At closing we got aEURoeDenton in a boxaEUR? with all kinds of local samples and fun stuff! My kids even love Chrissy. She has a wonderful spirit! Dont hesitate using her if you need help finding or selling! You will not be disappointed!
