You’ll need to obtain a pre-approval (with loan type for borrowers) or proof of funds letter (for cash buyers) from a bank or lender to show the type of funding you are working with. This will also determine what types of properties you can look at, because all properties do no qualify for each loan type.

It's best not to over price your home and to remain flexible throughout the process. Keep your home ready to be shown at all times and say yes to showing requests. The more flexible you are, the faster you sell. The more you allow showings, the faster you'll sell. Keeping your home ready to show allows buyers to see all that your home has to off. Which means, it will sell faster.

Buyers, Sellers and Bank Foreclosures mostly. Though each transaction is different and I learn new things every day. All of which makes me a better representative for my clients.

I had a client that was listed with another agent. The listing had expired and the seller wasn't pleased with the service. The seller reached out to me, saying they had heard such good things about me and wanted me to list their parents family home. Knowing that these sellers had already had an unpleasant experience was devastating. I did everything I could to keep in contact with them and let them know what was going on with their listing. I did this because that is how I work for my clients. I do everything I can to communicate and sell their property or find them a property. In the end we sold the property for a good price, we've become great friends and I gained a great review that has brought in more business. I still talk to this seller weekly and I feel blessed to have them as life long friends.

I wanted to get into real estate when I was younger, but it wasn't in the cards back then. After my separation I moved back to my hometown and got a job as a real estate admin. I knew nothing more about real estate than a first time buyer at that point. However with my organizational skills, people personality and degree in digital media and marketing. Becoming a successful licensed agent was defiantly in my future. So I took the class required, then took the test and have been growing my client base ever since. I truly love what I do.

I have a BA of Science for Digital Media and Marketing. With that plus all of the photography and art classes I've taken. I can helping clients sell their homes in ways not all other agents are able to do without outsourcing. I personally like to keep that personal touch, hands on approach with my listings. As far as buyers go. I feel the experience I had as an admin along with my knowledge of computers and the surrounding areas gives me an advantage not all agents have. I try to utilize all the tools available to assist buyers with finding their dream home. I'm happy to share my knowledge and guide them through the process from start to finish.
