Chris is an excellent real estate agent. He carefully went through all of the real estate sales papers with my ex-wife and I when we put our house on the market and guided us through the repairs and upgrades he thought were necessary to get the asking price we wanted. He responded quickly to all of our needs and was always there to answer any of our questions. Our home sold very quickly after the initial open house. Chriss negotiating skills helped us get the price we wanted and complete all the paperwork in a timely fashion. I strongly recommend Chris Young for all your real estate needs!

Chris sold my house on the first day it was listed. In addition 18 months ago I purchased a vacant warehouse and Chris was the leasing agent. He filled the warehouse with good tenants within the year and when I mentioned I might sell it he had a buyer who needed a tax free exchange waiting and we signed the listing after receiving the offer. I rate him 5 stars in all catagories.
