Chris sold my house on the first day it was listed. In addition 18 months ago I purchased a vacant warehouse and Chris was the leasing agent. He filled the warehouse with good tenants within the year and when I mentioned I might sell it he had a buyer who needed a tax free exchange waiting and we signed the listing after receiving the offer.
