Chris Wooldridge

A proud academic excellence award winner and MBA recipient from the University of Houston's Bauer School of Business, Chris holds himself to the standard of "achieving excellence in advising real estate interests" for his residential and commercial clients.
Chris' experiences date back to the 1990's, allowing for the consideration of a great deal of local knowledge as he and his clients make their way through the real estate transaction in partnership. Above all, Chris seeks to provide clarity towards arriving at a decision that is best for families and budgets while considering the future appreciation the residence or investment. Chris' business experience provides for practical data analysis and lining up specific criteria with market conditions to create a win for buyers and sellers.
Chris commitment to community involvement can be seen in current board positions with his neighborhood civic club, YMCA and leadership council position at his church. Additionally, Chris is involved with his children's neighborhood sports association as a baseball and softball coach.
Away from work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife of 27 years and their three children whenever possible!
