At the first interview we were pleased and excited to work with him but found him hard to get hold of and often having to show the house ourselves when he wasn't available. He also failed to put notice that our home was under contract and take it off market when it was sold. He also put himself as a dual agent which was not in our best interest. He failed to communicate with us on many things that we found out he knew from the buyer he was told to tell us. I found him to be "lazy" in his efforts and he put off things onto other people to do for him. I feel he should stick to his online auction business because he can just let his fingers do the work and pass it on to others. We should have been able to split the fee he got because we did half the work. I would not recommend him to anyone we could have sold our house ourselves with the use of the internet

Chris is a great agent, he was will to walk over the property to take an in depth look at the lay of the land. He spent the better part of a day on the property and he was in no hurry. Chris is a good home town guy to the area and represents his home well. My wife and I look forward to spending time at our property and hope to see Chris and his family in the area. I would not hesitate to tell friends and family of Chris and properties he has listed.
