Chris was great! I worked with two other realtors before him, and he is miles ahead in comparison. He was very knowledgeable, and his response time was lightning fast. The longest I waited for a reply was around an hour (compared to over four hours, a couple of days and no response at all with the other two realtors). Even when he was busy, he still found time to answer my questions and look at houses with me. He genuinely cared that I got the house that worked best for me and fit my budget. Chris was honest and a straight shooter. He didn't try to up sell me or sugar coat the facts. I would highly recommend Chris for your buying and selling needs. In a few years if I decide to sell my house, I will be calling Chris Wermer!!

Chris has sold (2) houses for me. Although we are in a Sellers Market my houses were more challenging, they were Multi Unit Investment Properties that could also be residential homes. Chris used his professional expertise and listed both properties showing potential buyers the advantages of making the house a home or the house a home with income possibility. Both Properties pended within days of the listing! Chris took exceptional care of every aspect of the transaction concerns quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Chris. It was a pleasure working with him and I Look forward to working with him again!
