ZillowVERIFIEDChris was great! I worked with two other realtors before him, and he is miles ahead in comparison. He was very knowledgeable, and his response time was lightning fast. The longest I waited for a reply was around an hour (compared to over four hours, a couple of days and no response at all with the other two realtors). Even when he was busy, he still found time to answer my questions and look at houses with me. He genuinely cared that I got the house that worked best for me and fit my budget. Chris was honest and a straight shooter. He didn't try to up sell me or sugar coat the facts. I would highly recommend Chris for your buying and selling needs. In a few years if I decide to sell my house, I will be calling Chris Wermer!!
