I first met Jacob when selling a second home a couple of years . He was able to sell the home first day of listing at higher than ask. His advice on price point and marketing were spot on. I recently worked with Jacob on the purchase of a new home. He was incredibly invaluable to me. He did research on homes I was interested in and learned information about the area. He accompanied me on many open houses and plenty of individual showings, all while pointing out things to look for, good and bad. When I finally found a place, he walked me through every step from advice on offer price to inspection to mortgage and insurance to closing. Jacob made a stressful situation much less so. Without Jacob and his patience in my endless questions, I don't know if I could have gotten through the process so well. I will be forever grateful to Jacob for this experience.
