Working with Willam and Chris was great! As first time home buyers we were totally lost and had a MILLION questions. William was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. I also had a very specific taste in terms of what I was looking for and William just GOT ME right off the bat, he checked out houses himself before even taking us so as to not waste our time if he knew we wouldn't even like it to begin with. Overall we had a wonderful experience and by the end of the entire process it felt as though William was our friend instead of agent. Whenever it comes time to sell (not for a long time) we would absolutely go back KW with William and Chris!

I believe myself to be somewhat of an experienced and educated home buyer and moving to South Florida from the Chicagoland area brought some new challenges. Chris was very able to walk me through the differences in this market here as well as make sure I was well informed about the areas that I had less knowledge.
