Ryan was hyper responsive to our needs to view a home in 24 hours. He accommodated our schedule, came prepared with area comps and had printed out the listing and sellers disclosure. During the viewing, Ryan was engaged but never overbearing. He helped us talk through issues and take measurements. He was observant and listened well to our needs. Donovan helped my fiancA(C) and I purchase our first home in July and he made the process seem easy. If we had questions he had answers, and was very responsive to calls/texts/emails. He represented us very well and got us everything we wanted. I feel like he had our familys best interests at heart and I know thats not always the case with relators. He went above and beyond and did things he didnt HAVE to do for us. Really good guy and even better realtor!
