My husband and I were very excited to purchase a new home since our family was rapidly growing which means that we needed to find something right away. The process for us was not like other peoples because while I was here in the states (Miami, FL) my husband was stationed in Afghanistan. This made it very difficult for us to see the homes, agree on what we liked and the final price based on what I had looked at with the kids. The best part of the entire process was that we had the best Realtor working with us and his name is aEURoeGabriel RiveraaEUR?. I was a little defensive when I first met him because I have had so many negative experiences with realtor since I'm in the property management industry. All I deal with are realtors that bring clients in and out of the property not showing an ounce of concern about the client who should be the most important and asking for the amount of the commission as soon as they walk in. With Gabriel it was nothing like that because he was the most professional, respectful, and knowledgeable realtor I have personally encounters and trust me I have seen and spoken to many. Gabriel was not scared to use his own phone and FaceTime my husband so he can also get the same experience I was getting while looking at the houses. Whenever I had my son with me he was not afraid to help me by entertaining him so I can take a good look of what was possibly going to be our aEURoeNew HomeaEUR?. He was great at showing me houses that would match our preference; and I absolutely loved everything he showed me. Thanks to Gabriel we found our dream home in Miramar, FL close to my sons Daycare which was one of my conditions. My family and I are very thankful for everything he did for us because I'm sure if it would have been a different person we would have probably never purchased anything. Maliha Castillo listed and sold our house on two weeks. We found her through real estate magazine add. We met with several realtors and picked her as our realtor. She was the most knowledgable and very well informed. She found the buyer the first weekend at an open house. Got us a real good price. Later found us the most beautiful house and convinced me that short sales were not all a nightmare and to give it a chance. I did and it was the best decision we made.
