Where do I even begin?! My wife and I were looking for our first home when we were introduced to Chris by one of his partners Raul Ramirez(hes just as awesome and handles the lending). Chris has so extensive knowledge and was so helpful throughout the process. We saw a few homes with him and never felt pushed or pressured, he works at your pace and budget. Great communication and went beyond the extra mile for us. So happy we finally got our home, but so sad the process with him as our agent is over. Recently in December 2020, Chris helped my fiance and me close on our first home. Our first impression of Chris was that he was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. Overall, we felt very comfortable working with him from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the area thus guiding us on what areas to look at and which to avoid. Every time we met to see homes he educated us on many topics whether it was about the area, the process, what to look for, etc. In a seller's market, he helped us stay competitive with our offers until the right home found us. His communication with us in-person and through text and email was stellar. He answered all our questions and responded to them as quickly as he possibly could. Purchasing a home is not a smooth sailing process as there are many people involved in the process, but Chris helped us navigate all the small obstacles that did come our way and overall we felt that our experience was as smooth as it could possibly get. We started looking at places in Oakland pre-COVID. We met Chris and explained our situation and goals, and we were met with a realtor who really took the time to get to know us.
