REALTOR(R) Chris Sloan works all areas of San Diego real estate and adjacent areas in Southern California-from single family homes to multi-unit residential, investment properties, land, and commercial buildings. He's adept at helping buyers and sellers with traditional equity transactions, short sales, probate, trust sales, foreclosures, corporate transactions, and exchanges. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of California, San Diego and spent several years as mortgage loan officer before making the change to real estate sales in 2008. He understands the big picture in transactions and uses his expertise in real estate and previous experience in mortgage financing to help bring his clients a wealth of knowledge when advising them on buying or selling real estate.
