Why me:

I have been buying, selling and investing in real estate in Southeastern Pennsylvania since 2004. These experiences have allowed me to develop skills in acquiring, managing and maintaining investment properties, many of which I have personally renovated, increasing both the market value and desirability. Most importantly, I have been involved in countless transactions providing me with a detailed understanding of real estate documents and developing strong negotiating skills to get the best deals for my clients.

I also spent over a decade as an engineer working in the land development industry as part of large design teams that created commercial and residential developments. My meticulous attention to detail and skill in collaborating with other professionals was crucial in getting projects from an idea through completion of construction. I also gained great experience in negotiating the best deals and results for my clients. My engineering experience has also provided me with extensive knowledge into aspects of real estate that few realtors have. I have a detailed understanding of property boundaries, municipal zoning issues and the ability to identify potential terrain and drainage issues that could affect a property.

My success as a Realtor(R) stems from my core values, desire to help others and experiences in the industry. As a husband and father of three, I appreciate how busy life is and I strive to create a unique, enjoyable and stress free journey for all of my clients.
