Chris Pelly was our selling agent on a purchase in Panama City. Chris expertly negotiated a great price on the house. Additionally, he had to basically work both sides of the deal because the listing agent was not only difficult to work with, but actually detrimental to the transaction, delaying the process with her lack of responsiveness on the seller's side. Chris took charge and "made it happen." If we did not have Chris on our side, no doubt we'd still be waiting for the listing agent and seller to get their act together. Chris is professional, extremely responsive, knowledgeable and a great negotiator! We highly recommend Chris Pelly!
