Chris is a wealth of knowledge. He can discuss land, culture, neighborhoods, house construction, engineering systems in a home and if he doesn't have an answer, he will research until he does. We have worked with Chris twice, the first a land purchase and most recently a home purchase. Both transactions were efficient, timely and actually a pleasureaEUR|Not typical in costly transactions.
