Chris stood out for 2 main reasons: 1: He didn't present us with the same cookie-cutter formula that other agents pitched. Chris was authentic and enthusiastic as he pitched his strategy to guarantee that our house would make the strongest first impression on the market, despite slowing home sales in our area. 2: Chris is a fellow veteran. Given that our home buying/selling circumstances were brought on by the military, we knew he would connect with and value us as clients and work harder than others to help us seamlessly move on to the next chapter of life. Hats off to Chris for putting up with all my crap. In my case, buying a house was more of a year-long journey than a single experience. As a service member stationed 11 hours away and spending at least one week a month traveling, it was rare that I was able to make the trip up to look at properties, but that didnt put me on his backburner.
