Chris Pappalardo

Chris was 'Rookie of the Year' at Keller Williams in Greensboro his first full year in real estate in 2011 and by 2015 he found himself in the top 1% of realtors in the Triad. Chris was able to grow this business so quickly by selling houses in less days, for more money, and offering more services like video tours, Youtube marketing, and professional photography! In 2017, Chris was invited to join the elite coaching program entitled BOLD. There are only 40-60 agents at a given time across the country who are members of this group. For this role, he travels the country a few times a year and teaches other real estate agents on the aspects of mindset and exceptional real estate service. Most of the time however you will find him around the Triad, helping sellers get their home sold! Other fun Chris tidbits: He has a degree in music from Virginia Commonwealth University, and was a few courses away from a second degree in Sound Engineering at MTSU when he had the opportunity to tour with bands including Sonny Landreth and later Lee Roy Parnell. Chris still loves to play in his free time, but most of the time you can find him cooking! When you meet him, be sure to ask him what 'Bacon Explosion' is!
