My husband and I were moving from Texas to Colorado and did not have an agent in the area we were planning to relocate to. So I went to Open Houses to shop for an agent. I visited houses on the market that were not on the top of my list for a move but for the sole purpose of meeting agents. Chris was very professional, warm and not pushy. He didnt have all the answers to my questions but promptly connected with me after my visit. He asked during our meeting my preference for contact (which was email) and followed up promptly. Communicating with Chris led me to scheduling homes to visit. I think we saw more than 20 houses before making an offer to our current home. He spent endless hours driving through Evergreen, Conifer, Morrison and Bailey. With every house, we visited we supplied Chris with a list of questions for the sellers and he always diligently answered all. We couldnt be happier with our purchase and just celebrated our one month anniversary as a Bailey resident.
